Home Office & Equipment
- Operating System: Windows 10 (Windows 11 may be supported by select clients). ⚠️ Apple/Mac and Chromebooks may not be compatible.
- Processor: 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium P4 or better Memory (RAM): 4 GB or more
- Monitor: At least 1024 x 768 resolution 🔄 Dual monitors are strongly encouraged and may be required.
- USB headset with microphone are required. (for clear communication)
- A webcam (may be required for some clients)
- Wired high-speed internet connection (no Wi-Fi only setups Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, with low latency — ping under 100 ms — and a stable, jitter-free connection.)
Software & Tools
- Ability to install client-specific tools/software
- Updated antivirus & firewall protection
- Willingness to complete certification and training programs
General Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work independently from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment
